Nothing I’ve gotten from falk over the years was anything I didn’t already have, but the first small saucier I got on the “special” converted me. Why falk and not the other coppers? First- non-polished exterior means easier care, less worry about a scratch. Second- weight! Don’t get these is you suffer from muscle wasting. These falk products are solid and uniform- heavy and outstanding for higher temperatures like sautí©ing, but amazing for lower temperatures like sauces. Can’t speak for chocolate because I don’t do much with it. Try one if these and compare. I have and I’m exceedingly pleased with Falk.
